{Needing Ideas}

Yes, I am needing ideas. And I need all of you to help me out. You see, I came across this Heather Bailey tutorial on how to make yo-yo's (which I'd rather call flowers), so I've been making them.

And stacking them, and adding buttons, and all that good stuff.

But now I'm at a loss. What should I do with these lovely little flowers? I could attach them all to pins, but then where would I use them?

I know you ladies can be creative, so please help this poor girl out.

What should I use these flowers for?

I'm up for pretty much any suggestion. Except for sewing them into a quilt. But you know what I mean.

And maybe if you're really nice, I could send you one?

Those are so pretty! Maybe individually they could be used as an accent pin on a dress or coat; or glued around a vanity mirror like a frame? I have to confess, I'm not very "crafty", so I won't be much help!

Just stopped by from SITS to say hi; hope you will do the same.

Good morning! They are precious! What about a pin in the hair? Or attach a hair tie to it?

Have a fabulous day!

I'm thinking what about putting them on a fleece scarf?

Sew them onto a few headbands, for sure. I think they would make ultra cute accessories!

Hmmmm...First of all, they are very cute! My mother-in-law made Toot an elephant made entirely out of yo-yos. (It's pretty darn cool) I think she found the instructions online as a matter of fact if that interests you!

If they were mine, I would use them on cards, scrapbooking, altered art stuff, they would be fun little embellishments on things! I like the pin/brooch and hair clip idea too. You could sell them as embellishments actually or even put magnets on the backs for the fridge.

Was that any help at all?! lol

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

You could add some twine or ribbon and use them as ornaments or lamp decor. The wardrobe accesory ideas are cute, too. I think hot gluing a flat thumb tack to the bottom would make a really cute "button" for bulletin boards.

I agree with Lisa Kate that you should put them on headbands. I think they would be adorable.

You could probably make some kids hair ties with them too.

Very, very cute!

These are so gorgeous! LOVE, LOVE the buttons in the middle. You can tie them to ribbon and make bookmarks. You have so much talent, you always amaze me! I wish I could create these. Great work. :)

I love the hairband idea. They are just so cute and would look adorable on almost anything.
The only other thing I can come up with is to stitch them on a purse? That would be a really neat accent!
You did a great job!
