I have several major things coming up that I am going to be extremely busy preparing for.
I'm participating in my first craft show at the end of February.
I might be working on a wholesale order soon.
Trying to keep the shop stocked.
Making some lovelies for giveaways on different blogs.
All of the new fabric I bought yesterday is washed & ironed.
Waiting to be sorted out, cut, ruffled, sewn...
I need to order zippers and hair clips. And business cards.
Cut out a gazillion small circles for new blooms and petals.
I think as long as I can stay focused, I'll be okay. :)
In the meantime, any advice from my wonderful readers would be much appreciated.
How do you stay focused while working on projects?
{I'm very easily distracted...}
Have you ever done a craft show? What do I need to know?
Wholesale?

P.S. Many thanks to Libby for passing along this award to me!

I wish I could give you a good tip as to how to stay focused! Usually when I'm sewing I put in a movie (because I don't have a designated craft area, I just set up shop on my coffee table). Sometimes taking quick breaks to do something else helps. Sewing can take a toll on the back!

I'm thinking about doing a street fair at the end of Feb. too. I did one before, but it was really stressful and not as successful as I had hoped. It's a good thing you are starting to prep now.
I found out the hard way that it is best to use fabrics that require only one color of thread; that way you don't have to keep changing thread & bobbins every time you work on a new piece. Good luck!
I don't have any craft fair tips, but good luck with it!! :)
I've only done 3 craft fairs, but these are the things I learned...do a trial table set up at home, make more product than you think you will need, make sure you take plenty of cash to make change for people, have something that will draw people to your table... a giveaway drawing, a bowl of candy, you know, something fun :) Good luck! Hope it goes well!
No idea. But good luck - your stuff is adorable :)
