I started running last week.
This is a big deal for me.
I am not a runner.
But I want to be fit & healthy,
so I started the Couch to 5k program.
It starts out slow, which is exactly what I need.
I have no endurance, I get worn out really easily...
When I started the first workout, I felt really good.
I got to the halfway mark & felt like I was going to die.
BUT, then I finished the workout & it didn't seem that bad.
I guess I just had to push myself a little harder. :)
So, since I blog about my life, I wanted to share about my
Couch to 5k experience each week.
It's not what I would usually blog about, but it's important to me.
Thanks for reading along!

Jacky, that is awesome! I LOVE Couch 2 5k! I did this program a couple years ago and it works so well. I hope you love it. Cute shoes too. ;)
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so happy for you! You will love it. I feel horrible as I haven't been running since my 5k. It's so darn chilly! I need to get back out there before I need to start the program over again though!
Best of luck!

Best of Luck!!!
I think I am going to start this next week. (: ...Maybe...
I started the C25K and finished week 1, but then the temperature dropped and I stopped the program.
I definitely need to follow your lead and start it again!
Just keep moving and you've got this! A co worker and I started this very same program this spring adnd ran our first 5K for 4th of July. I'm still not what I would consider a runner but I get out there and I get it done and so does she. <3
