I love when I stumble across an idea and think, "Wow, that a really neat way to do that!"

Most of these are then pinned to my {clever ideas} board so I'll actually remember to use them. ;)

Here are a few of my favorites...

{1} use a shower cap to wrap shoes so your clothes stay clean.

{2} use a paper clip dispenser as a bobby pin holder.

{3} a great way to organize embroidery floss.

{4} use a gift box as a cupcake carrier.

{5} using jars as organizers (several fun ideas here!).

{6} love this idea to store bracelets - simple & easy!

I've got headbands on the brain this week!

I'm participating in the Pink Lemonade headband swap,

so I've been working on a couple of headbands for my partner, Ally. :)

I just love dressing up my hair with pretty things,

so here's a few of my favorite handmade headbands I've found:

What I Love Wednesday {Jane Austen}

I love Jane Austen.

I remember the first time I tried to read Pride & Prejudice,

and I hated it. I was also only about 10, so I couldn't truly appreciate it. ;)

Of course, now, I love anything Austen...

{one} this Mr. Darcy's Proposal tee needs to be a part of my life.

{two} I shared this image in this post, and it's dreamy...a perfect afternoon activity.

{three} a Jane Austen party. How perfect!

{four} I love this Emma mini-series. So entertaining, so lovely. I've seen it about 5 times.

What I Love Wednesday {our future home!}

Since I'm getting married in October & moving somewhere new, 

I've been thinking a lot about what I want our home to look/feel like.

I want our home to be pretty, but practical. Inviting. Warm.

A place where people want to be.

I haven't figured out exactly what that looks like yet,

but I'll share some of my current inspiration with you...

I found this kitchen mat at Target, and my sister bought it for me as an early wedding present.

I looove the colors, the patterns and the coffee cups!

Our kitchen will be based around this mat.

And... 

I discovered these plates at Pier 1 Imports - the colors match so well!

I really love plum + grey together {for our bedroom}.

This bedding set has been added to our registry,

and I found the pillows while browsing Etsy.

I'm seriously considering doing a bathroom in yellow + grey, another of my favorite combinations.

Since I don't know exactly where we'll be living {yet}, it's hard to design a space.

I'm not sure about the sizing, the layout, etc...

But it's fun to dream up colors & accessories to use in the meantime. :)
